In order to prevent possible restrictions when receiving e-mails from us, you would need to put our e-mails under your Allow or Safelist in your e-mail provider. This will safeguard you from losing any vital information from the e-mails that we send you.
Step by Step Guide
- Access your Gmail account.
- Select the ‘Spam’ folder on the left.
- Click on our e-mail.
- Click the three ‘dots’ in the top-right of the email.
- Select ‘Filter messages like this’
- Insert our e-mail support@cambistmarkets.com in the field provided.
- Click ‘Create a filter’.
- Tick the box next to ‘Never send it to Spam’.
- Tick the box ‘Categorise as:’ and choose ‘Primary’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click ‘Create filter’.
- The filter is now created and by doing so future e-mails will go directly in your primary email inbox.
