In order to prevent possible restrictions when receiving emails from us, you would need to put our emails under your Allow or Safelist in your email provider. This will safeguard you from losing any vital information from the emails that we send you.
- Log in to your iCloud account.
- Access your ‘Junk’ folder.
- Open our email.
- Tap the ‘Arrow’.
- Tap ‘Move Message’.
- Select ‘Inbox’ and tap ‘Move’.
- This will add the email to your ‘Safelist’. Future emails will go directly to your normal inbox.
