Trade queries/issues should be reported by sending an email to support@cambistmarkets.com.
When reaching out, please include your trading account number and the position ID of the trade in question. The account number is sent via email upon account creation and can also be found from your ‘CM Trader’ tab. The position ID can be copied directly from the trading platform, under the Open/Closed Positions tabs.
If relevant, please also provide a screenshot of the trade in question in order for our team to investigate accordingly.
