Before starting the verification process, it is important to have the correct details listed on your account in order to match the ID that you provide. Please note that if you have already completed the KYC verification process, editing your personal details will reset your verification status, which will limit your account functions.
To update your name or date of birth:
- Log in to your Cambist Markets account
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Click on ‘Profile Info’
- Click on ‘Update’ at the top of the page
- Click ‘Proceed’
- Edit your name/date of birth accordingly and click ‘Save’
