Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Cambist Markets

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is necessary to ensure the security of our clients’ accounts.

While 2FA is enabled via email by default, once you have registered your account, you may follow the steps below to enable 2FA via an authenticator app of your choice.

Please follow these steps:

  • Log in here 
  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
  • Click on ‘Security’
  • Click the toggle next to ‘Two-Factor Authentication’ to enable
  • Click the download link (not necessary if you already have an authenticator app installed)
  • Click ‘Continue’
  • Scan the QR code using your app, or enter the set up key
  • Click ‘Continue’
  • Enter the code displayed in your app and click ‘Confirm’

 

If you no longer have access to the authenticator app and/or you are unable to obtain the OTP to login to your account, please send an email to support@cambistmarkets.com. Let our Support team know you do not have access to your account we will then go through a process to disable the 2FA in order for you to regain full account access.
