How to Verify your Identity
You will need to complete the identity verification process before you will have access to full account functions, e.g. deposits and withdrawals.
You can refer to the guide here for information on acceptable ID types.
- Click the prompt to ‘Verify Now’ or click on your profile icon and select ‘Verification’
- Your level will show as ‘0 of 1’ if you are not yet verified – click ‘Upgrade’
- Click ‘Continue’
- Click ‘Start verification’
- Enter the code sent via email if prompted
- Select the document type and click ‘Continue’
- Click to ‘Continue on phone’ if you need to use a different device camera
- Ensure camera access is permitted
- Follow the prompts to take a photo/upload your identity document and real-time selfie
The verification process is automated and should just take a few minutes. If the system is unable to verify your identity automatically and we need to perform a manual review, please allow up to 24 hours for this to be completed.
