How to Create a TradeLocker Trading Account

The guide below is for creating a TradeLocker account only. If you wish to use CM Trader, please follow the guide here instead.

You can create a Live or Demo trading account and log in to TradeLocker directly from your broker account.

  • Click on the ‘Platforms’ tab
  • Select ‘TradeLocker’ from the dropdown menu
  • Click ‘Add Account’ in the top-right corner
  • Select Live or Demo
  • Choose the Product (Account Type) and Currency (for the Demo, you will also need to select the Start Amount)
  • Click ‘Add New Account’
  • You may need to refresh to see the new account

When the new account pops up, you can click ‘Trade’ to immediately redirect to the TradeLocker platform to log in with the credentials that are sent via email. Alternatively, you can download the desktop or mobile app, which can be found here: Download TradeLocker.

Be sure to log in using the normal password for trading activity – the ‘Investor’ password is for read-only access and will not allow you to place/manage trades.
