Taking an Identity Confirmation Selfie
We may ask you to provide an Identity Confirmation Selfie as an additional security measurement to ensure that we are speaking to the registered account holder. This could be requested for various reasons, including KYC verification difficulties, changes to account details or withdrawal security checks.
When providing the selfie, please ensure:
- Your full face is clearly visible
- You are holding a valid ID, with all details readable and uncovered
- You are holding a paper with your signature and today’s date handwritten
